Sometimes knowing the wiring is fine is not enough; someone needs it in writing. That is what an electrical inspection with a certified letter is for: a qualified electrician checks the system and signs a letter documenting its condition.
A typical inspection starts at the service and the panel: breakers, connections, grounding and bonding, and signs of heat or corrosion. From there we look at the wiring we can access, outlets and switches, GFCI protection in wet areas, and any visible hazards like open boxes or damaged cable.
The certified letter records what we inspected and what we found. If everything is in order, it says so. If something needs correction, the letter lists it clearly, and we can quote the repair and re-inspect once it is fixed.
Owners, buyers, landlords, and businesses use these letters when a property changes hands or when another party asks for documentation. Tell us why you need the inspection when you schedule, so the letter covers what you need. We provide the service in English or Spanish.
